Phase 1: 1-on-1 Leadership Coaching Sessions
Focused on developing your leadership team, front-line managers, and staff.
- Three 1-hour virtual Coaching Sessions for 3 consecutive weeks
- Final Group 1-hour Virtual Coaching Session
Phase 2: 2-day Immersive Leadership Retreat
Focused on building a cohesive team dynamic to better communicate, collaborate, and coordinate Customer Service throughout your organization.
- Two Days of Immersive Leadership Training
- 6 hours per day with a 1-hour lunch included = 14 hours total
- Leadership Training Certificate upon completion of Phase 1 and 2
Phase 3: Monthly/Quarterly 1-on-1 or Group virtual Coaching Sessions
