Meegan Kriley-Mackay
SUPER Founder and Creative Education Organizer (CEO)

Meegan grew up in Missoula, MT. The eldest daughter of two college professors, she has a Bachelor’s Degree from the University of Montana and a Masters Degree from Johns Hopkins University SAIS.

While in high school and college, Meegan traveled abroad, studied six foreign languages and met people from different cultures on four continents. She developed a passion for understanding the human connection and how we relate. Meegan refined her listening, communication, and collaborating skills as a Human Intelligence Specialist and Certified Interrogator working for the Department of Defense (DOD).

Her unique skills, education, training, and experiences have helped her identify her purpose in life – empowering people to see their SUPER Self, connecting with others in their personal and professional lives. She is an outdoor enthusiast, passionate about living in the moment, inspiring everyone to live their dreams.

Kate Brough
SUPER Director of Digital Marketing

Kate Brough is our digital marketing consultant at PageLauncher.com. She is responsible for our web sites, digital marketing, print collateral, and offers guidance on brand management, currently residing in Connecticut.

Born and raised in southern New Hampshire, she has a degree in business administration with a concentration in marketing, and a double minor in social/organizational psychology/digital graphics media from Merrimack College.  She has a Masters of Business Administration from The Citadel Graduate College.

Kate connected with Meegan as a military spouse and mom, in Altus, OK where the concept of AVA and Skills for L.I.F.E began.

Dan Bowen
SUPER Trainer / Coach

Dan is an AVA SUPER Trainer / Coach. A native Lawtonian, he received a Bachelor’s Degree from Oklahoma State University (OSU) and a Masters of Business Administration (MBA) from The University of Phoenix. He served 22 years in the military as a US Army Company Commander. Before retiring he was selected to be Chief of Tech Support / Functional Project Manager at HQ US Army Recruiting Command at Fort Knox, KY. After he retired, he was a small business owner and corporate manager for over ten years before joining our team. Through one degree of separation, his wife Paula connected him to AVA. Dan became AVA’s 1st SUPER Trainer in 2017.

Janell Harris
SUPER Lead Trainer

As a SUPER Lead Trainer, Janell assists workshops in the corporate, government, and Skills for Skills for L.I.F.E settings throughout Oklahoma. She has her own business, Triune Light, LLC as a SHARP/EO training consultant. Originally from West Virginia, she followed her father and three siblings into the military at 25 years old. She dedicated 24 honorable years as a USARMY Combat Medic before retiring in 2018 after two tours in Iraq. She loves dogs and enjoys spending time with her family and friends. Janell received her Transitioning SUPER Skill Certification from the Skills for Skills for L.I.F.E Foundation workshop series at Fort Sill, OK and is now part of our team.

Holly Hoad
SUPER Digital Marketing Manager

Holly Hoad is a professional Graphic Designer and Photographer. She is the proud owner of Winter Photography & Design. She assists AVA with marketing, social media, interactive workshop photography/video, public relations, and intern relations. She started working with AVA in 2015 after her husband Nick transitioned from the Army and met Meegan through the Soldier For Life program. Holly’s passion is to help people see the beauty in the world and work with companies that make a difference in people’s lives.

Frances Wittenberg
SUPER Lead Trainer

As an AVA SUPER Trainer, Frances facilitates workshops in the government and Skills for L.I.F.E settings while launching her own business as an Organizational Development and Training Consultant. Originally from San Francisco, CA, she has a Bachelor of Science Degree from Chapman University and is currently working on her Master of Science Degree in Organizational Leadership from Cameron University.  A 21-year Air Force veteran, she brings a unique outlook of leadership strategy. She enjoys spending quality time with her husband Jonathan, three children, family, and friends.

Alisha Lewis
SUPER HR Star

Alisha is a Human Resources Professional with over 11 years of experience. Her passion is providing HR and Administrative support. Alisha holds an Associates of Arts and Business degree with a concentration on Human Resources from American InterContinental University. She is married with three children, and has four grandchildren. Her love for people, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to interact with all walks of life make her a great asset to the AVA team. Alisha was introduced to Meegan through One Degree Collaboration.
Giovani Castro
SUPER Trainer / Sales Specialist

Giovani Castro was born in Mexico and moved to the United States at the age of three. Although life was hard, by the age of 12, he was working with his father to help their family have a better life. Through the School of Hard Knocks, he learned to use humor and hard work connecting with people and teams. Married to his Altus High School sweetheart, he and Emilie have two children and enjoy spending time with family and friends. Gio connected with the AVA Team as a corporate participant who mastered the AVA SUPER Skills.

Miss Kriley Mackay has been part of the AVA SUPER Team since 2013 when AVA began. She is focused on completing her middle school education and learning skills for L.I.F.E. Her SUPER K (kind) approach with others enriches everyone she knows. She loves to swim, dance, play, and hangout with her guinea pigs, her SUPER family, and friends.
